Catholic Schools Week 2008

Sunday January 27 – 12:00-1:30 Open House for Parent/Guardians/Families And Perspective Families

Monday January 28 – MISSION MONDAY

·         Students bring in 2 or more cans of soup = Out of Uniform

·         Students and staff will write thank you notes to special people making St. Nicholas a reality

·         Students and staff will also write thank you notes and Valentines to persons serving in the military 

Tuesday January 29 – SPECIAL PERSONS DAY

·         Grandparents or a special guest may come for lunch

·         Tour building before or after appointed lunch time

·         All family members eat when last name is scheduled:

11:30-12:00 – A-G

12:00-12:30 – H-N

12:30-1:00 – M-W

·         Lunch may be brought in or pre-ordered from the cafeteria

·        SPECIAL PERSONS’ Mass 1:30 in Church

Wednesday January 30 – SPIRIT DAY

·         Students/Teachers may wear Spirit Wear

·         Special Assembly in the gym at 1:30

Thursday January 31 – STUDENT APPRECIATION DAY

·         Students may wear hats and jeans, appropriate to handbook; school sweatshirt on top

·         Students may bring their favorite board game to be played in homeroom (No video/electronic games please

·         BINGO for special prizes will take place in the lunchroom as follows:  9:15-10:15 Grades K-4 (Buddies will help)

1:30-2:30 – Grades 5-8

Friday February 1 – FACULTY APPRECIATION DAY

·         Catholic School Mass at 8:30 A.M.

·         Lunch provided for the faculty

·         Faculty/Student Senate Volleyball Game 1:30

·         Spaghetti Dinner at Holy Trinity 4:30-7:00
